How to Schedule an Appointment at Acupractic Natural Healing Center, Acupuncture at Eastowne LLC, the offices of Dr. Lisa Oskardmay DC, LAc.
At our chiropractic and acupuncture healing centers in Chapel Hill, NC, we believe in the benefit of alternative medicine and make it easy for you to schedule appointments to help you feel better. Once you’ve decided to seek care at our office, we want to help you as much as we can.
To make an appointment, you have several options:
- Website: Visit our website www.acudocnc.com, Send an email from the contact us page. Tell us your preferred date(s) and time(s) for an appointment and we will respond as soon as possible and do our best to accommodate your wishes. Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:15-5:30, Wednesday 12:00-5:30, Fridays 8:15-12:30. We see new patients daily.
- Phone: You can call our office: 919-929-1400 to schedule an appointment. If we’re not too busy assisting other clients, we’ll answer and get you the appointment you want. If you have to leave a message, no problem! We’ll usually call you back in a few minutes- leave your name and number.
- Email: You can always e-mail us at schedule@acudocnc.com with appointment requests, too. Please leave your name, phone number and date and times that would work for your initial appointment. Please tell us a good time to call you so we can follow up.
- Text: If you need to text us, that’s fine- our confidential text number is 919-260-0330. Let us know how to contact you to make an appointment.
We will need additional information
Once you’ve made the appointment, we’ll need your date of birth, phone number and email address to create a patient portal account on our HIPAA compliant electronic health records and send your intake forms. If you don’t have an email address- no worries- just come in a few minutes early to complete these health records that help us understand your healthcare needs. Our front desk assistant will ask for any insurance information you have so that we can do our best to verify your benefits for you before you come in. At Acupractic Natural Healing and Acupuncture at Eastowne LLC, we participate with various insurance plans to help you receive the care you need. The current list of offerings includes BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Medcost, Medicare, and others. Please check with your plan. We offer self-pay plans as well.
